| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察不稳定型心绞痛患者经皮冠状动脉腔内支架植入术 (CASI)支架植入前后血浆中一氧化氮(NO)和去甲肾上腺素 (NA)浓度的变化 ,探讨其在经皮冠状动脉腔内支架植入术术后再狭窄发生中的作用。方法 :不稳定型心绞痛患者 2 1例 ,年龄 (5 4.7± 8.3)岁 ,对患者术前及术后不同时期分别取冠状静脉窦血测定血浆中NO和NA的浓度。结果 :不稳定型心绞痛患者术后即刻血浆中NO生成明显低于术前 (P <0 .0 1) ;术后即刻血浆NA释放明显高于术前 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :支架植入术后NO和NA浓度有明显变化 ,这些变化与再狭窄的发生可能有关。

| Abstract: | Aim:To study the relationship between restenosis and the changes of nitric oxide (NO) and noradrenaline (NA) before and after the coronary artery stent implantation(CASI). Methods: The serum levels of NO and NA before and after the CASI in 21 patients with unstable angina were measured. Results: The serum level of NO decreased immediately after CASI compared with that before ( P <0.01), but recovered gradually afterwards. The release of NA increased after CASI compared with that before ( P <0.05). Conclusion : The significant changes of NO and NA may be associated with the postoperative restenosis. |
