| 摘 要： | 】目的：探讨痉挛型脑瘫（CP）患儿陪护家长进行心理干预对息儿治疗效果的影响。方法：60例3个月～3岁的CP患儿家长，随机分为干预组和对照组各30例，均采用焦虑自评量表（ZUNG）问卷调查，并按照患儿部位及类型给予运动发育推拿法及引导式教育等疗法治疗。干预组家长同时进行心理干预，包括针对性心理疏导，共同制定患儿康复计划，家长间互相交流治疗经验等。结果：经过6～18个月的心理干预，2组家长ZUNG评分，干预组明显低于治疗前及对照组（均P〈0．05），对照组治疗前后无统计学意义；干预组家长积极主动配合治疗的例数率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；患儿粗大运动功能评估量表（GMFM）评分2组均较治疗前明显提高（P〈0．05，0．01），干预组更高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：及时对CP患儿家长进行有针对性的心理干预，取得其支持和配合对提高患儿的运动功能有很大的作用。
