| 摘 要： | 目的 观察脉冲射频配合针灸、牵引对神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果.方法 62例神经根型颈椎病患者分为治疗组(脉冲射频配合针灸、牵引治疗)和对照组(单纯针灸、牵引治疗),每组31例.比较两组临床疗效.结果 治疗组有效率及治愈率明显高于对照组(P＜0.01),无严重不良反应发生.结论 脉冲射频配合针灸、牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效优于单纯针灸、牵引治疗.
