| 摘 要： | 一名平素血糖控制良好的糖尿病患者,在使用生长抑素治疗顽固性腹泻期间出现血糖显著升高。考虑生长抑素通过抑制胰岛素和胰高血糖素而影响血糖水平,会因机体内后两种激素水平的不同而对血糖产生不同的影响。建议使用胰岛素促泌剂的2型糖尿病患者,血糖控制良好的糖尿病患者及低血糖患者应谨慎使用生长抑素,在使用生长抑素时需加强血糖监测。

| Abstract: | One patient of type 2 diabetes and intractable diarrhea was treated with somatostatin.Her glycemic control was good usually,but her blood glucose level significantly was increased during treatment.Considering somatostatin effect on blood glucose levels by inhibiting insulin and glucagon,it is recommended to use somatostatin with caution in patients with type 2 diabetes who treated with insulin secretagogues or good blood glucose control and hypoglycemia.It is needed to strengthen the monitoring of blood glu... |
