踝足矫形器（AFO）对痉挛型脑瘫运动功能及ADL的作用

目的：观察踝足矫形器（AFO）对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能及ADL的影响。方法：CP患儿26例，随机分为AFO组和对照组各13例，在采用相同的综合康复治疗的基础上，AFO组患儿每次治疗后坚持佩戴AFO。治疗前后采用改良Ashworth评定2组患儿腓肠肌痉挛程度；测量休息位踝关节角度（rROM）；脑瘫粗大运动评分量表（GMFM）评定站立和走跑跳两大运动功能及参照Barthel指数评定ADL能力。结果：经过3个月的治疗，2组患儿腓肠肌痉挛程度及rROM均明显改善（P〈0．05）；AFO组表现更明显（P〈0．05）。GMFM和ADL评分AFO组高于治疗前及对照组（P〈0．05），对照组治疗前后变化不明显。结论：AFO可降低CP患儿下肢的肌张力，矫正足踝部畸形。
