| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康复训练对住院精神分裂症患者阴性症状的影响。方法 2008年3月1日~10月31日本院收治精神分裂症患者70例,分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。两组均使用抗精神病药,对照组采用精神科护理常规;观察组在此基础上实施针对性的康复训练。运用阴性症状评定量表(SANS)和住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)对康复训练效果进行评定。结果与对照组相比,观察组兴趣缺乏、注意障碍、生活能力、社交能力及关心和兴趣等改善(P<0.05)。结论在住院期间对精神分裂症患者进行康复训练,能提高患者在住院期间社会功能。
