| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法 60例脑卒中患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,分别采用综合康复治疗和常规神经生理学方法治疗,在治疗前、治疗3个月后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定进行评价。结果两组患者治疗后运动功能均有明显改善(P<0.01);实验组运动功能恢复优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者运动功能的恢复有促进作用。
