| Abstract: | Eighty-four patients with lymphoma were divided into three groups and treated withthree different regimens including VMB-C.C VBC-C and VBC-CA(MXT)respectively.Thecomplete remission was observed in 59 patients(CR,70.2%),partial remission in 23 (PR , 27.4%)and progress in 2 cases.The total remission rate was 97.6%(82/84).The CR rates of thethree regimens were not significantly different. The clinical stage,B symptom ,extranode lesionand resistant to other drugs showed apparent influence on the curative effects of these regimens(P<0. 01),but the tumor size,the cell typies of T or B,performance status and duration of thedisease did not. |
