| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中低位直肠癌非吻合器吻合保肛手术方法的效果。方法：采用结直肠肛门外低位手法吻合的方法，对146例中低位直肠癌行保肛手术，直肠肿瘤远端及其系膜的切除范围为3～6cm。结果：手术成功145例，并发吻合口瘘11例，仅1例行肠造口；2年内复发和转移13例，其中吻合口复发2例；术后肛门对成形粪便控制力良好，无大便完全失禁者。结论：肛门外结直肠低位手法吻合是中低位直肠癌行保肛手术既可靠又经济的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:\ To investigate the methods of keeping anus in middle or lower rectal carcinoma without treating by EEA Methods:Middle or lower rectal carcinoma in 146 cases were treated by handed colorectostomy outside anus The distal resection of rectal carcinoma is 3 cm to 6 cm Resultes:The operation was successful in 145 cases Only 1 case had to receive colostomy and anastomyses fistula occurred in 11 cases Recurrence and metastasis happened in 13 cases and 2 cases were in the anastomysis position within 2 years after redical resection The anus have better function for shaping faceces and no incontinence of faeces happned after operation Conclution:Handed colorectostomy outside anus is the best method for middle or lower rectal carcinoma to keep anus |
