| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合非手术疗法治疗儿童股骨干骨折的疗效。方法运用中药外敷夹板固定牵引治疗108例，并观察近远期疗效。结果治愈率100％，致残率0．97％。结论中西医结合非手术治疗儿童股骨干骨折可取得满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective Discuss the effectiveness of curing the femoral shaft fracture of children by non - surgical means based on integrating traditional Chinese and Westem medicine. Methods Applied traditional Chinese medicine in combination with fixed splint traction in treating 108 patients, while observing the short - run and long - run effectiveness. Results The outcome was 100% cure rate and 0. 9% deformity rate. Conclusions We therefore come to conclude that to cure the femoral shaft fracture of children by non - surgical means and integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine leads to satisfactory effectiveness. |
