| 摘 要： | 目的评估急诊输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术对输尿管结石致肾绞痛治疗的价值。方法对21例肾绞痛患者行急诊输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术。结果21例结石患者行碎石及取石治疗成功，无并发症发生。结论急诊输尿管镜治疗肾绞痛简单、安全、有效，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of ureteroseopy for treatment of renal colic. Methods 21 eases of renal colic were treated by ureteroseopie manipulation. Results Successful removal of stones in 21 patients by ttreteroseopy. No complication soeeurred. Conclusion Ureteroseopic manipulation is an easy, safety and effective method for the treatment of renal colic. |
