紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗复发转移性乳腺癌疗效观察

目的观察紫杉醇联合顺铂的PC方案治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的疗效和毒性反应。方法第1天、第15天应用紫杉醇135mg／（m^2·d）静脉滴注，第1～4天顺铂（诺欣）20mg／（m^2·d）静脉滴注，28d为1周期，连用两个周期评价疗效。本组34例复发转移性乳腺癌。结果全组34例均可评价疗效，CR3例（8．8％），PR15例（44．1％），总有效率（CR＋PR）为52．9％（18／34）。主要毒性反应为白细胞计数下降占100．0％，其中Ⅱ度为4例（11．8％），Ⅲ度17例（50．0％），Ⅳ度13例（38．2％），Ⅲ-Ⅳ度占88．2％；血小板下降Ⅱ度12例（35．3％），Ⅲ～Ⅳ度1例（2．9％）；血红蛋白下降Ⅲ度3例（8．8％）。恶心呕吐15例（44．1％），Ⅲ度未出现。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗复发转移性乳腺癌疗效较高，骨髓毒菌4反应较明显，消化道反应较轻。

Study of the efficacy on paclitaxel plus cisplatin combined therapy in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer

Objective To evaluate the results of combined chemotherapy with paclitaxel（FIX） plus cisplatin（DDP） in the treatment of metastic breast cancer. Methods 34 patiets with metastic breast cancer FIX 135 mg/（ m^2· d） by intravenous infusion on the 1 th day and 15th day, and DDP 20 mg/（ m^2· d） by intravenous infusion for day 1 - 4. The treatment was repeated every 28 days, up to 2 cycles. Results The efficacy of 34 patients were evaluable. The response rate（RR） was 52. 9% （CR ：3, PR：15 ）. The major toxicities included myelosuppression, nausea and vomiting, and other side effects were mild. Conclusion A high response rate can be obtained in advanced metastic breast cancer by PTX plus DDP with tolerable toxicity.
