基层医院诊治外伤性特急性颅内血肿48例分析

目的总结分析基层医院48例外伤性特急性颅内血肿的诊治体会。方法回顾性分析我院2001年9月至2008年9月48例外伤性特急性颅内血肿的临床资料。结果本组48例中，38例行开颅血肿清除，去骨瓣减压术，10例经保守治疗，24例治愈出院，17例死亡，7例重残。结论外伤性特急性颅内血肿病情变化快，死亡率高，可在短时间内即形成脑疝，危及生命，应严密观察，及时做出正确判断，紧急手术，清除血肿去骨瓣减压是诊治的关键。

To analysis the dignosis and treatment of traumatic in tracranial hematoma patients of 48 cases in grass - roots hospital

Objective To summarize the traumatic acute special diagnosis and treatment of intracranial hematoma in grass - roots hospital of 48 cases. Methods Since our hospital from September 2001 to September 2008 of 48 special cases of traumatic intracranial hematoma with acuteelinical data. Results 48cases,38routine craniotomy to remove hematoma, to decompressive craniectomy, 10 patients with conservative treatment,24 cases were cured and discharged and 17 deaths,7 cases of severely disabled. Conclusion The acute traumatic intracranial hematoma special conditions change fast, highmortality, inashortperiod of time that the formation of hernia, a life - threatening, should be closely observed,in time to make the right judgments, emergency surgery to remove hematoma craniectomy is the key to diagnosisandtreatment.
