代谢综合征患者抑郁现象分析

目的探讨代谢综合征患者抑郁现象及产生原因，为抗抑郁治疗提供依据。方法采用Zung自评量表及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）对代谢综合征患者进行测定。结果166例代谢综合征患者合并抑郁症69例（41．6％），与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论部分代谢综合征患者存在抑郁症状，要重视抑郁症状并给予及时治疗。

Depression analysis of metabolic syndrome

Objective To study the pHenomenon of depression in patients with metabolic syndrome and the causes of antidepressant treatment to provide a basis for the treatment. Methods Used Zung self - rating scale and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） of the metabolic syndrome measured. Results 166 cases of metabolic Syndrome patients with depression for 69 cases （41.6 percent）, compared with the control group were significantly different （P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion some of the conclusions of the metabolic syndrome in patients with depression symptoms, depression and attention should be paid to give timely treatment.
