| 摘 要： | 目的评价角膜屈光手术治疗屈光性斜视的临床效果.方法对43例77眼近视及近视散光并伴有不同程度斜视的病例进行PRK治疗,术后辅以遮盖疗法等非手术治疗训练,观察术前后斜视的变化.结果43例屈光性斜视中,38例正位,5例残存斜视.术前优势眼平均欠矫度数为1.78D±1.63D,劣势眼平均欠矫度数为4.08D±2.23D,术后,优势眼及非优势眼达到术前最佳矫正视力和达到5.0的眼数相近.结论角膜屈光手术治疗屈光性斜视是一种有效的方法.
