2 274名HBsAg阴性献血员抗-HBs、抗-HBc、HBV-DNA检测结果分析

[目的]检测2274名HBsAg阴性献血员血清抗-HBs、抗-HBc、HBV-DNA,探讨献血员筛查中检测抗-HBs、抗-HBc的必要性。[方法]对2274名HBsAg阴性献血员血清ELISA法检测抗-HBs、抗-HBc,用PCR法检测HBV-DNA。[结果]检测者2274名中①抗-HBs阳性/抗-HBc阴性59.3%,HBV-DNA阳性率0.2%;②抗-HBs阴性/抗-HBc阴性17.4%,HBV-DNA阳性率0.3%;③抗-HBs阴性/抗-HBc阳性1.4%,HBV-DNA阳性率6.3%;④抗-HBs阳性/抗-HBc阳性21.9%,HBV-DNA阳性率0.2%。[结论]抗-HBs阴性/抗-HBc阳性群体中HBV-DNA阳性率最高(6.3%),提示献血员筛查中检测抗-HBs、抗-HBc,可以降低通过输血途径的感染率。

THE DETECTION OF ANTI-HBs,ANTI-HBc,AND HBV-DNA OF 2 274 BLOOD DONORS WITH HBsAg NEGATIVE

[Objective]To detect the levels of anti-HBs,anti-HBc,and HBV-DNA in sera of blood donors with HBsAg negative,and explore the necessity of detecting anti-HBs and anti-HBc in screening of voluntary blood donors.[Methods]Anti-HBs and anti-HBc were detected by ELISA,and HBV-DNA was detected by PCR.[Results]Among the 2 274 detected blood donors,59.3% were anti-HBs positive and anti-HBc negative,and the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 0.2%;17.4% were anti-HBs negative and anti-HBc negative,and the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 0.3%;1.4% were anti-HBs negative and anti-HBc positive,and the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 6.3%;21.9% were anti-HBs positive and anti-HBc positive,and the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 0.2%.[Conclusion]The positive rate of HBV-DNA is the highest among people with anti-HBs negative and anti-HBc positive,which indicates that detecting anti-HBs and anti-HBC in screening of voluntary blood donors can reduce transfusion-transmitted virus infection.
