血尿酸水平与冠心病的关系

目的:探讨血清尿酸水平与冠心病的关系。方法:选择经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者210例和非冠心病患者60例;冠心病组又分为单支病变组82例,双支病变组58例,三支病变组70例。分别测定血清尿酸(SUA)及血脂水平,同时记录性别、年龄、吸烟、高血压、糖尿病等相关因素。结果:冠心病患者血清尿酸水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),单支病变组,双支病变组,多支病变组SUA水平呈递增趋势,其中多支病变组与单支病变组,多支病变组与双支病变组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血尿酸水平与冠心病的发生、发展相关。血尿酸水平升高是冠心病的危险因素。

Association between serum uric acid and coronary heart disease

Objective:To investigate the association between serum uric acid(SUA) and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:210 patients with CHD confirmed by angiography and 60 control subjects without CHD were included in this study.The CHD group was re-divide into three subgroups:single-branch(82),double-branch(58)and mutiply-branch(70)according to the scope of pathological changes.Serum uric acid and blood lipid were determined.The relative factors of coronary heart disease:gender,age,smoking,hypertension and diabetes mellitus were registered.Results:The serum uric acid level in CHD group was significantly higher than that of the non-CHD group(P<0.05).There was a trend of increase of SUA level in the single-branch subgroup,double-branch subgroup and mutiply-branch subgroup.There was signaficant difference in the level between mutiply-branch and single-branch or double-branch group(P<0.05).Couclusion:The serum uric acid level is associated with occurrence and development of CHD.Elevated serum uric acid is risk factor for CHD.
