286例成年人错畸形与正畸治疗的临床分析

目的 :通过分析成年人正畸治疗情况 ,得出成人错牙合畸形治疗的特点 ,使成年人正畸治疗顺利进行和取得满意疗效。方法 :根据 2 86例错牙合畸形治疗前后模型及部分头影测量X线片。结果 :面容咀嚼功能明显改善 ,经半年至两年随访观察无畸形复发。结论 :成年人错牙合畸形用固定正畸治疗方法疗效显著 ,可广泛使用

Clinical Analysis of 286 Adult Nalocclusion and Orthodontic Treatment

Objective: To explore the characteristics of the orthodontic treatment on the adult patients with malocclusion by analyzing the effect of orthodontic treatment, and to make orthopedic rteatment prformed smoothly. Methods:Acquiresatisfactory was taken from 286 adult patients with malocclusion, then the characteristics of adult orthodontic treatmentand the selectiom of methods were analyzed/ Results:Among the 286 patients, 248 who had received complete treatment had their malocclusion corrected, their facial featurcs and function of masticatiom were significantly improved. The patients wrer followed up for six months or two years, andno relapse was found in all cases. Conclusion:The method or fixture orthodontic treatment can be widely used in adult malocclusion because of its reliability and remarkable effect.
