土荆皮化学成分研究

目的:探讨中药土荆皮体积分数95%乙醇提取物的化学成分.方法:采用反复硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质、波谱分析及与文献报道对照鉴定化合物的结构.结果:从中分离得到8个化合物,其结构鉴定为熊果苷(1)、异香草醛(2)、阿魏酸(3)、香草酸(4)、pinocembrin(5)、儿茶素(6)、土荆皮苷A(7)、β-谷甾醇(8).结论:化合物1～6均为首次从金钱松属植物中分离得到.

Study on chemical constituents of Pseudolarix kaempferi

Objective：To isolate and identify the compounds from the 95% ethanol extract of Pseudolarix kaempferi.Methods：The compounds were isolated by the silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns and their structures were identified by the physical and chemical characters especially by the spectral analysis.Results：Seven compounds were obtained and identified as arbutin（1）,isovanillin（2）,ferulic acid（3）,vanillic acid（4）,pinocembrin（5）,catechin（6）,pseudolaroside A（7）,β-sitosterol（8）.Conclusion：Compound 1-6 are isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.
