社区护理干预对降低农民患病率的作用

目的：探讨社区护理在农村防病、治病中的作用。方法；分析选择两个行政村为实验区，两个行政村为对照区。实验区护士深入农户宣传防病知识和用药知识，指导农民日常生活行为，健康体检并建立档案；对慢性病人定期访视、检查、指导用药和康复训练，发放《健康促进》小报，组织讲座和咨询，对农民进行保健、生育、营养、就医、护理等指导。对照区仅做一般卫生宣传。结果：干预后实验区农民患病人数、次数，因病误工人数、天数，医药费均明显降低（实验区干预前后比较，均P＜0．01）；两区干预后比较，均P＜0．01。结论：社区护理干预使农民患病率下降，医药费降低，体质增强。

Study on the Effect of Community Nursing Intervention for Farmer Morbidity Reduction

Objective To determine the effect of community nursing intervention on prevention and treatment in countryside. Methods Two villages in rural Zoucheng were selected as test area and the other two as control ones. In the test villages, the nurses visited the farmer families, giving instructions for prevention and treatment, giving advices on their daily behavior, giving health check ups and keeping health records for them. For those suffering from chronic diseases, regular follow ups and check ups were given and the advices on remedy and rehabilitation exercise were also given. In addition, Health promotion paper was distributed, health lectures made and health advisory provided so as to give instructions about health care, birth, nutrition, nursing, etc. In control villages, only general health propaganda was done. Results As results of 3 years, the frequency of falling ill per person per year, the average medical expense per person and the sick leave days per person per year in the test group were significantly dropped as compared with those in the control group (all P <0.01). Conclusion Community nursing intervention could reduce the medical expense of the farmers and improve their health condition.
