| 摘 要： | 目的为了更好地控制安肾丸质量，对安肾丸中苦杏仁苷的含量进行测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定安肾丸中苦杏仁苷的含量。结果苦杏仁苷在10．25～512．5μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率98．91％，RSD=0．48％。结论实验方法专属性强、重复性好，准确简便，可有效地控制安肾丸的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of effective components in Anshen Wan. Methods The contents of Amygdalin in Anshen Wan were dermined by HPLC. Results The resolutions of the dermined peaks of Amygdalin were fine at the lineatity range of 10.25～512.5μg. The average recoveries were 98. 91% with RSD 0. 48%, for Amygdalin respectively. Conclusion The experimental method is simple, accurate and good in stability specificity and repeatability, and can control the quality of this Anshen Wan. |
