十四味连黄烧伤软膏治疗糖尿病足溃疡临床分析

目的观察十四味连黄烧伤软膏外敷治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法将60例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，两组基础治疗相同，治疗组局部外敷十四味连黄烧伤软膏，对照组局部外敷碘伏凡士林纱条。结果观察30天后，治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为56．67％和96．67％，对照组分别为36．67％和76．67％，两组比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组和对照组创面愈合时间分别为（38．5±10．5）天和（59．6±15．3）天，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论十四味连黄烧伤软膏可提高糖尿病足溃疡治疗的治愈率和总有效率，可缩短糖尿病足的治疗时间。

Clinical analysis of fourteen-ingredient Lian Huang Burn Ointment treatment diabetic foot ulcers

Objective Aim To investigate the Fourteen-ingredient Lian Huang Brun Ointment clinical efficacy of treat- ment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcers patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups of patients receiving the same basic treatment, thirty cases in treatment group received external application of Fourteen-ingredient Lian Huang Brun Ointment, thirty cases in control group were administered with lodophor vase- line gause for external use. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 56.67% and 96.67% after 30 days while the control group were 36. 67% and 76. 67% in the observation （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Wound healing time of treatment groupwere （38.5±10.5） days, shorter than （59.6±15.3） days of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Four- teen-ingredient Lian Huang Brun Ointment treatment of diabetic foot ulcers can improve the cure rate and total effective, can shorten the wound healing time.
