| 摘 要： | 本文通过对眼睑基底细胞癌75例,从职业、病变部位、病变特点、病变时间、发病过程等方面进行临床分析,指出各种不良刺激是本病发生的主要促癌因素,说明导致病变区多次经历出血——结痴——溃疡的过程,是癌变的临床征象。

| Abstract: | This paper reports 75 cases of basal cell carcinoma of eyelid. Clinical Analysis was made of the patients'occupations, lesion sites and characteristics and time and pathogenic course. It was pointed out that different pessimal simulation was the main carcinogenic factor of the occu-rance of this disease. It is concluded that the course of repeated bleeding - scab - ulcer is the clinical signs and syndromes of canceration. |
