丹参注射液防治下肢深静脉血栓形成的实验研究

为探讨丹参注射液在下肢深静脉血栓形成中的防治作用.按随机原则分为丹参预防组、速避凝预防组、丹参治疗组、速避凝治疗组、生理盐水对照组,每组5只犬.两预防组提前1周每天给药.接着以药物造模法对所有犬建立下肢深静脉血栓模型,每天给药,作相关血液流变学指标检测并作统计学分析.结果显示,两种药物均能明显地改善血液流变学各项指标值,减轻血液高凝状态,但预防组效果明显优于治疗组.两种药物相比,无统计学意义.表明丹参注射液、速避凝预防治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效显著,预防用药疗效明显优于治疗用药,提示预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效和重要.

PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF LOWER- LIMB DEEP VENOUS THROMBOSIS BY RED- SAGE INJECTION: An Experimental Study

The objective of the paper is to study the preventive and therapeutic effect of red-sage injection (RSI) on lower-extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT). After pharmaceutical DVT modeling, 25 dogs were randomly divided into five groups (n=5 each): the RSI-prevented and RSI-treated, the "SUBINING"(SBN, a anti-coagulant)-prevented and SBN-treated and the normal-saline control groups; the related rheology indices were measured and statistically analyzed. The results showed that both of the drugs functioned to obviously improve all the rheology indices and the high blood coagulation, and the preventive effect had an advantage over the therapeutic one; the comparison of RSI and SBN showed no statistical significance from each other, suggesting that both of RSI and SBN have the significant preventive and therapeutic effect on DVT with no significant difference, the preventive effect has an advantage over the therapeutic one, indicating the effectiveness and importance of RSI in the prevention of DVT.
