肾石通丸治疗泌尿系结石的Meta分枥

目的：评价中成药肾石通丸治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法：收集有关肾石通丸药物治疗尿石症的文献，按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献和提取资料后，对纳入研究进行质量评估，采用RevMan5．2进行Meta分析。结果：最终纳入11篇随机对照试验（RCT），总样本量1755例。Meta分析结果显示肾石通丸组治愈率是对照组的2．87倍[OR=2．87，95％CI=（2．34，3．52），P〈0．01]，差异有统计学意义。无发表偏倚。结论：本研究结果表明，肾石通丸治疗泌尿系结石的治愈率优于对照组。然而，结局指标单一，确切疗效仍有待于临床开展大规模、多中心RCT研究来证实。

Meta-analysis of Shenshiton4; Pills in Treatment of Urinary Stones

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of shenshitong pills in treatment of urinary stones. Methods The literatures a- bout shenshitong pills in treatment of urinary stones were collected, and then the literatures were screened based on the in- clusion and exclusion criteria. The quality of all trials included was assessed, and Meta-analysis was carried out with Rev- Man 5.2 software. Results Total 11 randomized controlled trials（RCT） including 1 755 cases were selected. The results of Meta-analysis demonstrated that the curative rate of shenshitong pills group was 2.87 times than control group[ OR = 2.87, 95 % CI = （ 2.34,3.52）, P 〈 0.01 ], there was a significant difference. The results had no publication bias. Conclusion The curative rate of shenshitong pills group was superior to control group in treament of urinary stones,however,the index of out- comes was single, the large-scale, multi-center RCTs were need to confirm its efficacy.
