异常子宫出血患者单纯增生型与正常增殖期子宫内膜ER、PR表达研究

目的 观察异常子宫出血患者单纯增型与正常增生期子宫内膜雌激素受体（Estrogen receptor，ER）、孕激素受体（Progestron receptor，PR）表达有无差异。方法 门诊宫腔镜下观察需行诊刮的异常子宫出血患者的子宫内膜组织，石蜡包埋制成病理切片，HE染色按内膜的病理类型分为单纯增生型和正常增生期子宫内膜两组，用免疫组织化学方法测定ER、PR含量，采用LeicaQ500IW图像分析仪进行测定，应用光密度值进行比较。结果 异常子宫出血患者单纯增生型和正常增生期子宫内膜的ER、PR分布不同，单纯增生病变部位ER、PR含量高于正子宫内膜组织部位。结论 异常子宫出血患者单纯增生型和正常增殖期子宫内膜的ER、PR含量不同；ER、PR在子宫内膜增殖中起了非常重要的作用。

The expression of ER and PR detected in different typical endometrial tissues for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding

Objective To evaluate the the expression of ER and PR were detected in different typical endometrial tissues for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods 30 cases of AUB from September 2003 to September 2004 were included in the study.Endometrial biopsys in different types(including simple hyperplasia and nomal endometrium)were performed,and ER,PR were measured in immunohistochemistry.Every patient had never been treated hormonally before.Secretary phase significant difference in different endometrial sites in the uterine cavity among AUB different(P<0.01).Expression of ER and PR in the site of hyperplasia is the highest,while non-hyperplasia is the lowest.endometrium was approved by pathologic result.ER,PR staining index was determined with a computerized image analyzer.Results The expression of ER and PR in glandular epithelium were.Conclusion The expression of ER of different endometrial sites in the uterine cavity for patients with AUB is different.More attention should be paid to the high expression of ER and PR in the site of hyperplasia of uterus.Careful and thoroughly resection endometrium of outstanding hyperplasia sites are necessary.
