宁波某地区脂肪肝患病情况及相关因素分析

目的探讨宁波某地区脂肪肝患病情况及相关因素。方法宁波某地区城镇居民,包括机关干部、职员、教师、学生（10岁以上）、离退休人员、部分农民共27073人,调查其年龄、身高、体重、血清学指标、饮食、行为习惯等,经B超检查后,对其结果进行统计分析。结果脂肪肝患病率为14.33%,男性脂肪肝患病率为16.98%,女性脂肪肝患病率为12.12%,其中以51-60岁组男性患病率最高,为29.25%,女性随年龄增长患病率增高,以61-70岁患病率最高,71岁以上男女患病率均下降,脂肪肝的患病与体重指数、高脂血症、高血压、糖尿病、胆结石、饮酒等因素具有密切相关性。结论宁波某地区脂肪肝患病率较高,男性高于女性,男性以51-60岁组患病率最高,肥胖、高脂血症、高血压、糖尿病、胆结石、饮酒是脂肪肝患病的危险因素。

The Prevalence of Fatty Liver and Relevant Factors Analysis in Ningbo City

Objective To research The prevalence of fatty liver and its relevant factors in Ningbo city.Methods Age,height, weight, serological index, dietary behavior and habit were investigated and analysed in the town residents of Ningbo city including office workers, clerks, teachers, students（more than 10 years old）, retirees and some farm-workers whose total number amounted to 27 073, and B-ultrasonic equipment was used in diagnosis of fatty liver. Results The incidence of fatty liver was 14.33% while it was 16.98% for males and 12.12% for females.The highest incidence,29.25%, was for males aged 51 to 60 while it would be higher with their age for females whose highest incidence occurred in those aged from 61 to 70. The incidence for both males and females would decline after they were over 71. There was a high correlation between fatty liver and weight index, hyperlipemia, hypertension, diabetes, gallstones, drinking and so on. Conclusion In China the incidence of fatty liver is very high and males＇ is higher than females＇, and the highest is for males aged from 51 to 60. Obesity, hyperlipemia, hypertension, diabetes, gallstones, drinking are the most dangerous factors for fatty liver.
