腹腔镜诊治女性不育症的临床回顾性资料分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜诊治女性不育症的应用价值。方法:回顾分析本院2007年4月～2009年6月应用腹腔镜诊治女性不育症322例患者的临床资料。结果:322例中盆腔炎215例,子宫内膜异位症53例,多囊卵巢综合征22例,术后妊娠率分别为37.18%、51.43%、62.5%。盆腔炎、子宫内膜异位症是引起女性不育的主要盆腔病因。结论:应用腹腔镜技术能早期、直观、准确地确定不育症病因并可同时予以针对性治疗,提高妊娠率。

Retrospective analysis of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment in female infertility

Objective：To explore the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.Methods：The clinical data of 322 infertile women were analyzed retrospectively.Results：A total of 215 women with pelvic inflammatory diseases,53 with endometriosis,and 22 with polycystic ovary were found.The pregnancy rates were 37.18%,51.43% and 62.5% respectively after laparoscopic surgery.Pelvic inflammatory diseases and endometriosis were the major causes of female infertility.Conclusions：Laparoscopic technique can find out the reason of female infertility earlier and more directly,resulting in improvement in pregnancy rate for getting timely and effective treatment.
