中药材厚朴的DNA扩增产物指纹分析研究

摘    要:采用DNA扩增产物指纹分析(DNA amplification fingerprinting,DAF)技术鉴别中药材厚朴、凹叶厚朴及其常见的伪品、混淆品、获得了清晰可靠的DNA指纹图谱。根据聚丙烯酰胺凝胶上显示的DNA带型差异可简便地区分出厚朴、凹叶厚朴和其它伪品、混淆品。证明DNF技术可以准确、快速地鉴别出中药材厚朴及其伪、混品、在正确引种方面具有较高的价值。

Abstract:Total genomic DNA samples of Chinese traditional medicine(CTM) Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis ("Houpo") ,its counterfeits and substitutes were amplified by DNA amplification fingerprinting (DAT) .Their amplified DNA banding patterns were distinguished on PAGE.The results show that DAF can be used to identify CTM "Houpo",its counterfeits and substitutes, which is also quite valuable for correctly introducing original plant.
