肘前外侧区筋膜皮瓣的应用解剖

目的:为肘前外侧区筋膜皮瓣的临床应用提供形态学基础。方法:在32侧成人上肢标本上,观测了肘前外侧区筋膜皮瓣的营养血管及皮神经。结果:该皮瓣近、远侧端的营养动脉分别来自肱动脉末端混合肌皮动脉皮支和桡动脉或桡侧返动脉的混合肌皮动脉皮支及直接皮动脉;来源动脉起点外径分别为1.4mm和1.1mm;穿出深筋膜前长分别为1.9cm和1.4cm。两组血管蒂在肘前外侧区构成了丰富的皮下血管网。结论:提示可设计成带血管蒂的顺行或逆行筋膜皮瓣,转位修复邻近部位的软组织缺损。

Applied Anatomy of Lateral Antecubital Fasciocutaneous Flap

Objective: To provide anatomic basis for the application of lateral antecubital fasciocutaneous flap. Methods: The observation and measurement of the neutrient vessels and cutaneous nerve of the lateral antecubital fasciocutaneous flap were made on 32 adult cadaver upper limb specimens. Results: The blood supply in proximal and distal ends of the cutaneous flap origins respectively from the muscutocutaneous arteries of the end segment of brachial artery and muscutocutaneous and direct cutocutaneous arteries of original segment of 1.4mm at their point of origin and length of 1. 9cm before perforated from deep fascia, the latter 1. 1mm at their point of origin and 1.4cm before perforated from deep faxcia. A rich subcutaneous artery network was formed by above two group arteries along the lateral antecubital region. Conclusions: A transfer fasciocutaneous flap(direct or adverse) could be designed and used in repairing the soft tissue defects of the adjacent sites.
