穴位注射治疗功能性消化不良37例临床观察

目的:探讨治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的有效方法.方法:选择我院门诊FD病人70例,随机分为治疗组37例和对照组33例.治疗组用VitB1、VitB12两种注射液混合注入肝俞、胃俞、足三里等穴进行治疗;对照组服用吗叮啉.经4周治疗后统计疗效.结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(χ2=26.35,P＜0.005).结论:运用穴位注射法治疗FD疗效肯定,值得深入探讨和推广运用.

Clinical observation on 37 cases of functional dyspepsia treated by acupoint-injection

Objective To explore effective therapy for functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods Seventy outpatients were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=37) and a control group (n=33). The treatment group were treated by injection of the combined injectio of VitB 1 and VitB 12 into Ganshu (BL 18), Weishu (BL 21), Zusanli (ST 36), and the control group were treated by oral administration of Motilium. After treatment of 4 weeks, the therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.005). Conclusion The acupoint-injection therapy has a definite therapeutic effect, being worth studying.
