奥曲肽联合潘托拉唑治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的临床观察

目的探讨奥曲肽联合潘托拉唑治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法将86例肝硬化上消化道出血的患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组各42例,两组患者均给予基础治疗,同时观察组应用奥曲肽联合潘托拉唑治疗,对照组应用垂体后叶素联合潘托拉唑,观察各组患者的止血效果和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.18%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论奥曲肽联合潘托拉唑是治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的有效率高,副作用小,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical observation on curative effect of octreotide and pantoprazole in treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in liver cirrhosis

OBJECTIVE To explore the curative effect of octreotide and pantoprazole in treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in liver cirrhosis.METHODS 86 cases patient with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in liver cirrhosis were divided randomly into the intervention group（44 cases） and the control group（42 cases）,the intervention group were treated with octreotide and pantoprazole,the control group were treated with pituitrin and pantoprazole,the curative effect was observed.RESULTS The total effective rate of the investigation group（93.18%） was better than that of the control group（71.43%）,and there is significant difference between them（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION The octreotide and pantoprazole is effective in treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in liver cirrhosis,with seldom side effects,and pantoprazole is effective in treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in liver cirrhosis,with seldom side effects,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
