水沟穴在治疗功能性遗尿症中的作用

目的 :探讨针刺水沟穴在治疗功能性遗尿症中的作用。方法 :将 1 2 0例功能性遗尿症患儿随机分为水沟组 60例 ,百会组 3 0例 ,常规组 3 0例 ,均治疗 3个疗程。结果 :水沟组愈显率和易唤醒率均明显优于常规组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,且易唤醒率迅速改善最优 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :治疗功能性遗尿症应醒脑清神与补益脾肾并重 ,应重视水沟穴的作用

Study on the role of Shuigou(GV 26) in treatment of functional enuresis

Objective To explore the role of Shuigou (GV 26) in treatment of functional enuresis. Methods 120 children of functional enuresis were randomly divided into Shuigou group ( n =60 cases), Baihui group ( n =30 cases) and routine group ( n =30 cases), and they were treated for 3 therapeutic courses. Results Both the cured rate and the easily awaking rate in the Shuigou group were significantly superior to those in the routine group respectively ( P <0 01), with the quickest improvement in the easily awaking rate ( P <0 01). Conclusion Refreshing and tonifying the spleen and the kidney are equal important, and the role of Shuigou point should be paid attention in treatment of functional enuresis.
