摘    要:目的:测定骨关节炎(OA)软骨及软骨下骨中呢啶并林(Pyr)含量的变化。判断Pyr在OA诊断和现活跃程度评价方面的作用。方法:复制成年兔膝关节OA模型,取有内髁主要负重区关节软骨及软骨下骨,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其Pyr含量。结果:8周内,关节软骨中Pyr含量逐渐下降;软骨下骨中Pyr含量在模型术后早期下降,随后逐渐升高。结论:OA关节软骨及软骨下骨的Pyr含量随病程发生变化,可能是造

Abstract:ObjectiveThe urinary level of the pyridinoline(Pyr) had been shown to be elevated in Osteoarthritis(OA), but there were few studys which had focused on the concentration changes of the Pyr in OA cartilage and subchondral bone. The prupose of this study was to investigate the concentration changes of the Pyr in OA cartilage and subchondral bone, so as to assess the potential usefulness of the Pyr in OA diagnosing and disease activity evaluation. MethodsThe OA models of knee joint instibility in healthy adult rabbits were developed, then articular cartilage and subchondral bone in main load area of medial tibial condylus were harvested. Concentrations of Pyr were measured by high pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC) technique in cartilage and subchondral bone. ResultsPyr concentrations of cartilage decreased in the total study period of 8 weeks, while Pyr concentrations of subchondral bone decreased at first, and then it appeared an increasing tendency. ConclusionsConcentrations of Pyr in cartilage and subchondral bone changed with the progress of OA, which perhaps connected with the high excretion of Pyr in urine. Detecting changes of Pyr levels in urine has potential utility in OA diagnosing and disease activity evaluation.
