| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用Cable-pin系统治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折、髌骨骨折的临床效果.方法:2005年10月～2007年5月应用Cable-pin系统治疗尺骨鹰嘴横断型骨折24例、含有横断型的髌骨骨折36例,观察术后骨折愈合情况及肘关节、膝关节功能恢复情况.结果:60例骨折均获得满意愈合,无骨折移位、内固定松动或断裂,无钢缆或钉尾突出于皮下刺激皮肤、切口感染等并发症.最终随访时,肘关节活动范围:伸0°,屈130～145°;膝关节活动范围:伸0°,屈135～150°.结论:Cable-pin系统治疗横断型尺骨鹰嘴骨折、含有横断型的髌骨骨折固定牢固,操作简便,手术损伤小,并发症少,符合生物力学内固定的原则,有利于术后早期功能锻炼,值得临床推广使用.
