| 摘 要： | 目的了解护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者治疗依从性的影响。方法对COPD患者进行住院及出院后连续性护理干预,通过电话随访、工休座谈会、患者再次入院等方式了解患者治疗依从性的状况。结果患者入院前与出院1年后掌握COPD基本知识、戒烟、呼吸锻炼、家庭氧疗依从性进行比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论以电话随访、患者座谈会及疾病基本知识讲解等方式,可以直接与患者保持快捷、及时的联系,缩短了护患之间的距离,改善了患者的生活质量,从而提高了生存率。
