宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症126例疗效观察

目的:探讨应用宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术诊治不孕症的临床价值。方法:2003年12月~2005年12月我院对126例女性不孕症患者行宫、腹腔镜联合诊断和治疗。结果:126例中发现慢性盆腔炎是不孕症的第1位病因(58.73%),继发不孕发生率高(P<0.01);其次子宫内膜异位症是第2位病因(20.63%)、多囊卵巢综合征占14.29%,两者原发不孕发生率高于继发不孕(P<0.01)。手术后妊娠率为44.23%,4例发生异位妊娠。结论:宫、腹腔镜联合手术对女性不孕症的诊治具有重要的价值。

Analysis on combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy for diagnosing and treating 126 cases of infertility

Objective:To investigate the usage of combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy for diagnosis and treatment.Methods:From 2003.12 to 2005.12.126 patients with infertility were treated by surgery combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in this hospital.Results:Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was the first cause for the infertility in 126 patients(58.73%)resulting in higher secondary infertility(P<0.01).Endometriosis was the second cause(20.63%)and polycystic ovarian syndrome accounted for 14.29%,resulting in higher primary infertility than secondary infertility(P<0.01).The postoperative pregnancy rate was 44.23%,4 patients ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion:The surgery combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy has import value in the diagnosis and treatment of the infertility.
