| 摘 要： | 本文观察并测量了50例肠系膜的空回肠动脉弓及直动脉,见从起始端到终端,每1/5肠段动脉弓的级数依次为2-3-3-4-3。 本研究显示:回肠段的直动脉比空肠多,从空回肠始端到终端,直血管的长度起初逐渐增加,继而逐渐减少。 综合各项观察结果,可以认为肠系膜内存在着一个动脉配布的过渡区,该区一般由第九小肠动脉供应。

| Abstract: | The arterial arcades and straight arteries of jejunum and ileum in 50 cadavers were dissected, observed and measured.The arterial arcades at first tend to increase in number, but gradually decrease starting from the middle third of the jejuno-ileum.The straight arteries to the ileum were more numerous than those to the jejunum.Judging from the graduation of the number of arcades and the lengthes of the straight arteries, it seems to us that there is a transitional zone on the mesentery, which is mostly supplied by the ninth intestinal artery. |
