| 摘 要： | [目的]检测Pre-S1ag，Pre-S2Ag并与HBVM相比较，探讨二者不同的临床价值。[方法]用ELISA方法检测500例标本HBVM，用ELISA方法检测Pre-S1Ag，用EIA方法检测Pre-S2Ag。[结果]Pre-S1Ag阳性率低于Pre-S2Ag，与HBeAg更接近。在HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc阳性模式中阳性占87．29％，而Pre-S2Ag在恢复期的模式中阳性率较高。[结论]Pre-S1Ag比Pre-S2Ag更适合作为HBV复制活跃的指标，Pre-S2Ag与HBV也可作为病毒复制指标，同时与病毒清除有关；

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To determine pre S1 and pre S2 antigens and HBVM in patients with hepatitis B and explore their different clinical values. [ Methods] HBVM and pre - S1 antigen were detected with ELISA and pre - S2 antigen with EIA in 500 samples. [ Resuits] The positive rate of pre - S1 antigen was lower than that of pre - S2 antigen and similar to that of HBeAg. The positive rate of pre - S1 antigen was 87.92% in the positive mode of HBsAg, HBeAg and anti - HBc. During the convalescent period, the positive rate of pre - S2 antigen was higher in the mode. [ Conclusion] Pre - S1 antigen is better than pre - S2 antigen to be used as a marker for active HBV replication. Pre - S2 antigen is related to viral clearance. |
