低分子肝素钙雾化吸入治疗慢性肺原性心脏病

目的探讨低分子肝素钙雾化吸入对慢性肺原性心脏病(肺心病)的治疗价值。方法90例肺心病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用低分子肝素钙雾化吸入,100IU/kg,q12h,疗程7d。治疗前后监测血液流变学指标、动脉血气分析、血液学指标,评估疗效。结果治疗7d后治疗组血液流变学指标明显改善,PaO2明显上升,PaCO2明显下降,血液学指标变化不明显。治疗组临床总效率896%,明显高于对照组(666%)(P<005)。结论低分子肝素钙雾化吸入可明显改善肺心病患者的血液粘稠度和肺通气功能,给药方便,安全有效,不需血液监测,无局部出血。

The effects of low molecular weight heparin calcium aerosol inhalation in chronic Cor pulmonale patients

Objective To investigate the effects of low molecular weight heparin calcium aerosol inhalation in chronic Cor pulmonale patients(cor pulmonale).Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the therapy group and the control group.The control group was routinely treated.The therapy group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium aerosol inhalation 100IU/kg,q12h,than the control group.One course of treatment was 7 days.The other treatment of the therapy group was similar to the control group.The hemorheology,the arterial blood-gas analysis,the blood indexes were determined.Results The therapy group was better than the control group in the hemorheology,in declining PaCO_2 of blood and improving PaCO_2 of blood.The blood indexes had no changes,the clinical efficiency of the therapy group(89.6%) was much higher than that of the control group(66.6%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Low molecular weight heparin calcium aerosol inhalation could improve the hemorheology and ventilate function.It was a simple,secure and effective drug in treating chronic Cor pulmonale patients.
