摘    要:目的主要探讨从2004年1月至2006年1月本院分离的铜绿假单胞菌的分布与耐药性分析,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法采用琼脂扩散敏感试验(K—B法)及VETEK-2全自动微生物鉴定仪进行鉴定,药敏分析系统进行菌株鉴定及药物敏感测试,耐药性数据分析。结果从检出105例铜绿假单胞菌标本中,细菌分布主要是来源于重症监护病房(ICU)占58%,呼吸内科占32%,肿瘤介入科占8%,其它科室占2%左右。对18种抗生素耐药率最高的是头孢呋辛,头孢噻肟钠,大于90%以上,敏感性最强的是环丙沙星和亚胺培南,敏感率占81.9%。结论通过对铜绿假单胞菌药敏结果分析,分布以呼吸道感染为主,且耐药性严重,表现为多重耐药。因此应加强耐药性监测,合理选用抗生素,以减少耐药菌株的出现至关重要。

Abstract:Objective From January 2004 to January 2006, We mainly discussed the Distribution and resistance analysis of separated Pseudomonas aeruginosa, guide to use reasonably antibiotics in clinical. Methods Adopt K - B method and VETEK -2fully automated Instrument Identification of Microbiology, to identify strains and test drug susceptibility by drug Susceptibility Analysis System analyse the data of resistance of drug. Results In 105 cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa samples,58% bacteria mainly come from ICU wards,32% bacteria come from Department of Respiratory Medicine, 8 % bacteria come from Tumor involvement branch, about 2% come from other sections. For 18 kinds of antibiotics, resistanee rate of Cefuroxime and Cefotaxime sodium Cypriot oxime is more than 90% ;Ciprofloxacin And Imipenem are the most sensitive in 18 kinds of antibiotics,the rate of sensitivity is 81.9%. Conclusion Resistance is serious and multiplicity. For the reason that we should strengthen monitoring of resistance, choose reasonably to apply antibiotics in order to reduce drug - resistant strains.
