四川省冕宁县饮水型氟中毒监测报告

摘    要:目的掌握冕宁县地方性氟中毒的病情现状和改水工程运行情况。方法按全省地氟病监测方案要求,选择孙水乡孙水村和果胜村为监测点,饮水氟测定和尿氟测定采用离子选择电极法,812岁氟斑牙采用Deans法分度诊断,16岁以上成人临床氟骨症采用流行病学方法和X线摄片检查。结果水氟均值孙水和果胜分别为2.94mg/L、1.81mg/L,812岁氟斑牙检出率为92.36%,16岁以上人群临床氟骨症检出率56.05%,氟骨症X线检出率40%。结论冕宁县孙水、果胜2村为饮水型氟中毒重病区,需彻底改换水源,才能控制地氟病的流行。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence of fluorosis through water drinking and the performance of rural water project in Mianning county.Methods The fluorine contents in potable water and urinary were detected by using the method of ion selective electrode,and the dental fluorosis among the children aged 8 to 12 years was diagnosed with Deans method,the skeletal fluorosis among adults aged ≥16 years was diagnosed clinically and confirmed by X ray examination in Sunshui village and Guosheng village.Results In the 2 villages,the mean of fluorine content in potable water in was 2.94 mg/L and 1.81 mg/L respectively.The detection rate of dental fluorosis among the children aged 8 to 12 years reached 92.36%,and among the adults ≥16 years,the detection rate of skeletal fluorosis by clinical diagnosis was56.05% and by X ray examination was 40%.Conclusion The prevalence of fluorosis through water drinking in the 2 villages was at moderate intensity,more attention should be paid on further implementation of rural water project to control endemic fluorosis.
