食管癌组织环氧化酶-2和BCL-2蛋白的表达与临床病理的关系研究

摘    要:目的:检测环氧化酶(COX)-2及凋亡相关蛋白BCL-2在食管癌组织中的表达,并探讨二者与食管癌临床病理行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测67例食管癌组织及10例癌旁组织标本中COX-2及BCL-2的表达。结果:食管癌组织中COX-2和BCL-2表达增高,阳性率分别为77.6%、83.5%,两者高表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、组织类型、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移均无关。癌旁组织中二者均呈阴性表达。BCL-2和COX-2表达呈正相关(r=0.270,P〈0.05)。结论:人食管癌组织COX.2和BCL-2表达增强,COX-2可能通过激活BCL-2发挥抗凋亡作用,且在食管癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of cyelooxygenase(COX)-2 protein and apoptosis associated gene BCL-2 protein in human esophageal carcinoma tissue, and to explore their over-expression in formation and development of neoplasm. Methods: Expressionsof BCL-2 and COX-2 were assayed by immunohistochemical staining on 67 samples of esophageal carcinoma tissues and their adjacent tissues( 10 samples). Results: COX-2 and BCL-2 protein were over-expressed in esophageal carcinoma tissue. The expression rates were 77.6 % and 83.5 %. COX-2 and BCL-2 were not correlated to age, sex, tumor size, depth of invasion, histological type, pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. There was positive correlationship between BCL-2 and COX-2( r=0.270, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The significant higher expressions of COX-2 and BCL-2 are observed in esophageal carcinoma tissues. COX-2 may contribute to tumor proliferation, suppress apoptosis by stimulating BCL-2 expression.
