| 摘 要： | 目的：了解丁螺环酮合并催眠疗法对焦虑症的疗效。方法：48例焦虑症患者被随机分成两组。A组（丁螺环酮合并催眠治疗组），B组（丁螺环酮组），进行临床对照研究，采用HAMA进行疗效评定。结果；两组均有效，A组疗效更显著且起效早。结论：丁螺环酮合并催眠疗法是治疗焦虑症的较好选择。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the effect of Buspirone combined with hypnotherapy in the treatment of anxiety neurosis.Methods: A clinical control study was conducted in 48 paients with anxiety neurosis who were randomly divided into A group(Buspirone combined with hypnotherapy) and B group (Buspirone) and effect evaluation was made according to HAMA. Results:Both groups took effect,and the effect of A group was better than that of B group,and the working time of A group was earlier than of B group.Conclusion: Buspirone combined with hypnotherapy is a good way in treatment of anxiety neurosis. |
