试论第三方医药物流的资质管理问题

目的针对第三方医药物流企业资质管理问题进行研究,探讨解决对策。方法运用体系分析和逻辑分析方法,分析我国第三方医药物流发展的现实状况和现实法律环境,结合政策管理取向得出分析结论。结果与结论为了第三方医药物流的健康有序发展,必须结束第三方医药物流资质管理的真空状态,建立有别于《药品经营许可证》和GSP认证的第三方医药物流企业资质管理制度。

Discussion on Third-party Medical Logistics Qualification Management

Objective To explore solutions for regulatory gaps of third-party medical logistics qualification management.Methods System analysis and logical analysis methods were applied to analyze reality and practical legal environment of China＇s third-party medical logistics development,and certain conclusions were achieved regarding management-oriented policy.Results and Conclusion In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of third-party medical logistics,it is necessary to establish third-party medical logistics company qualification management system which is different from systems of the Drug Supply Certificate and the Good Supply Practice for pharmaceutical products inspection,so as to end the vacuum qualification condition for the third-party medical logistics management.
