脑苷肌肽注射液呼吸活性测定方法的研究

摘    要:目的研究脑苷肌肽注射液促进细胞呼吸的生物活性。方法采用微量呼吸检压法测定并计算呼吸活性和刺激指数。结果脑苷肌肽注射液具有呼吸活性,QO2≥3.0μL O2(mg.h)-1,刺激指数SI≥1.5。结论本检测系统简单灵敏,结果准确,能够控制脑苷肌肽注射液质量。

Abstract:Objective To study the biological activity of Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection.Methods The method of microrespiration decreasing pressure was performed,and the results were calculated for determination of potency(QO2,SI).Results Biological activity,respiration activity QO2 ≥3.0 μLO2(mg·h)-1,and stimulation index SI ≥1.5 were observed for the Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection.Conclusion This assay allows accurate and highly sensitive micro-determintion of air exchange in biochemical reactions,which is feasible for the quality control of Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection.
