体检人群不同年龄段男女同型半胱氨酸水平及踝臂指数相关性研究

目的研究不同年龄段体检人群男女同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与踝臂指数(ABI)的相关性。方法体检者共691人,根据不同年龄分为中青年组(20～50岁)、中老年组(50岁以上)测定两组的Hcy水平并分析与ABI的关系。结果中老年组Hcy水平高于中青年组,ABI低于中青年组;组内男性Hcy水平高于女性,女性ABI高于男性。结论同型半胱氨酸水平随年龄增长而增高;踝壁指数随年龄增长而降低;相同年龄段男性Hcy水平较女性明显增高,相同年龄段女性ABI高于男性。体检人群中常规检测同型半胱氨酸对防治早期动脉硬化以及心血管病风险评估有重要的意义,尤其对于男性体检者,意义更大,值得推广。

Research on the correlation between homocysteine(Hcy)and ankle brachial index(ABI)in physical examination of men and women in different age groups

Objective To investigate the correlation between homocysteine(Hcy)and ankle brachial index(ABI)in physical examination of men and women in different age groups.Methods 691people who underwent physical examination were divided into the young and middle age group(20to 50years)and the middle age and elderly group(above 50years).Hcy of the 2groups were measured,and the correlation between the Hcy and the ABI were analysed.Results The level of Hcy of the middle age and elderly group was higher than that of the young and middle age group,while their ABI was lower.The Hcy of men was higher than that of women in the same group,while women’s ABI was higher.Conclusion The level of Hcy increases with age,while ABI descreases.The level of men’s Hcy is obviusly higher than that of women in the same age group,but the level of women’s ABI is higher.Therefore,it is significant for physical examination peopele(especially for men)to have regular examination of Hcy for prevention and cure of early atherosclerosis and evaluation of cardiovascular disease.It is worth being popularized.
