高效液相色谱法测定橘红片中柚皮苷和橙皮苷的含量

目的建立HPLC法同时测定橘红片中柚皮苷和橙皮苷的含量。方法采用inertsil ODS色谱柱,流动相：甲醇-冰醋酸-水（34∶4∶61）;流速：1.0mL.min-1,检测波长：283nm,柱温：30℃。结果柚皮苷在0.0244～0.244μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999;橙皮苷在0.0163～0.163μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;平均回收率柚皮苷为100.30%,RSD为1.99%（n=6）;橙皮苷为99.78%,RSD为1.79%（n=6）。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于橘红片的质量控制。

Determination of Naringin and Hesperidin in Juhong Tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of naringin and hesperidin in Juhong Tablets.Methods Inertsil ODS column was used witha mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetic acid-water（34∶4∶61）;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;detection wavelength was 283 nm;temperature was set at 30 ℃.Results The calibration curve of naringin was in good linearity over the range of 0.0244-0.244 μg（r=0.9999）.The calibration curve of hesperidin was in good linearity in the range of 0.0163-0.163 μg（r=0.9999）.The mean recoveries of naringin and hesperidin in Juhong Tablets were 100.30%（RSD=1.99%）and 99.78%（RSD=1.79%）,respectively.Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Juhong Tablets.
