摘    要: 目的对藏药镰形棘豆的化学成分进行研究。方法使用硅胶柱色谱对镰形棘豆提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部分的化学成分进行分离和纯化,通过理化方法和NMR对所得化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从中分离得到了6个黄酮苷元类化合物,经鉴定分别为7-羟基二氢黄酮(Ⅰ)、甘草素(Ⅱ)、白杨素(Ⅲ)、芹菜素(Ⅳ)、木犀草素(Ⅴ)和槲皮素(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为首次从棘豆属中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the constituents in the herbal of Oxytropis falcata.METHODS Silica gel column chromatographic method was used to separate constituents from CHCl3 and EtOAc extraction of Oxytropis falcata.Subsequently,the structures were elucidated by NMR spectral data and physical and chemical properties.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and elucidated as 7-hydroxy flavonone(Ⅰ),liquiritigenin(Ⅱ),chrysin(Ⅲ),apigenin(Ⅳ),luteolin(Ⅴ) and quercetin(Ⅵ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ-Ⅵ were isolated from Oxytropis falcata for the first time,and compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from Oxytropis for the first time.
