青少年过敏性哮喘的遗传倾向分析

运用遗传流行病学的理论和方法，分析了父母的过敏性哮喘史和非过敏性哮喘史对子女的影响。结果表明，前者青少年中过敏性哮喘的发生率高于后者，说明父母的过敏性哮喘史是青少年过敏性哮喘的重要危险因素，且父亲和母亲之间无显著性的差异，而父亲或母亲的非过敏性哮喘史也不能成为青少年的非过敏性哮喘的危险因素。说明与非过敏性哮喘相比，青少年中的过敏性哮喘具有高度的遗传倾向。
